The Walk-In Clinic offers medical care for conditions that are urgent enough they cannot wait for a regular appointment, but does not need emergency treatment at the hospital emergency room.

  • Flu Shot/Vaccinations
  • Bladder Infections
  • Nausea/Vomiting
  • Colds/Cough/Congestion
  • Diarrhea
  • Cuts
  • Sprains
  • New Rash
  • Fever
  • Earache
  • Pink Eye
  • DOT Physicals

Reasons to make an appointment with your PCP: 

  • Medication Refills
  • Problem you have had for greater than one week
  • Chronic/Ongoing Medical Problems
  • Well Child Checks
  • Pre-op Physicals
  • Workers Compensation

If you need advice, contact us directly at 989-654-2491 between 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. on Monday- Friday.

You will be triaged by medical staff and our physician and mid-level staff will be consulted as necessary.

If you need urgent medical advice and cannot wait until the next scheduled hours, call 989-654-2491 and enter option number 1 when prompted. You will be transferred to the next available patient coordinator.

This line is normally answered during the following times:

5 P.M. Monday – 8 A.M. Tuesday
5 P.M. Tuesday – 8 A.M. Wednesday
5 P.M. Wednesday – 8 A.M. Thursday
5 P.M. Thursday – 8 A.M. Friday
5 P.M. Friday – 8 A.M. Monday

In case of emergency call 9-1-1.

Please note that narcotics cannot be phoned to the pharmacy.
